Off the side-lines and into the game of life

Without wanting to go on about it, buying a house is a huge step forward in this goal. For years I have wondered how my life might improve if only I had a place of my own. And for most of that time I did very little to make it happen, mostly because circumstance wouldn’t allow it but also because of a tendency to look at my life quite passively.

Please let me go home

As a kid my parents moved us around a lot, never giving us chance to put down roots or feel at home anywhere. As a teen they split, left and I was alone in the world with a younger sister to take care of for a while ..until she was taken back by our mother and so was the house that we had been living in, which was promptly given back to the council. I was homeless.

Waiting to finish buying my first house

Between tax money, investment money, and a few generous donations from family members, we now have a down payment on a house. We’ve been preapproved and we found a house in which we are excited to put in an offer. I won’t keep my hopes up, but it’s exciting

Owning my own car

I love driving so much and feel totally constricted when I dont have a car (which is all the time) but Ive never been able to afford one. Once in a while I borrow my parents for a while like a week or weekend and its so great I never want to give it back. Twice I borrowed a car of theirs

Hate Buses want car

I’m 15 and i really need a car for school! i HATE buses because they r extremely PACKED i bump into really creepy, dirty guys. i can also smell really bad BO!! uhhhhh. i am going 2 find a job after exams end and save every penny…-and also anything i can get off my uncle. :]

It’s only a few days into 2010 but I can’t wait to hear some of the new music that’s going to come along pretty soon. On my playlist are tracks of bands that I know are all set to put out new albums this year and some of the tunes that are doing overtime ....

So I was chatting with my buddy and loyal Apple customer JP yesterday, and he asked me if I would be buying an iPad, and I said … wait, let me check the log … I said, “Oh, heavens no. Maybe some sort of slate, someday, but on an open system.” And it struck me....

Trimmer

I'm waiting for my case trimmer and tumbler to come in and came across Lee's Zip Trim and it looks to work great. Could I have saved some money and just bought this Zip Trim to do the trimming and case cleaning?
