I am waiting for my citizenship

and after that I want to bring my mother because she need medical treatment? She is on dialysis 3-times a week because her kidney failed. What i have to do to bring her here,....what hospitals i should contact, any information how to bring her here and who can support in medical treatment
i am not from uk i am from albania and she is right now over there
